Our Story

Founded in 2013 by Rob Worsley, Midland Community Former Offender Advocacy and Rehabilitation (MCFOAR) helps individuals returning from incarceration rebuild productive, independent lives. Through compassionate support, practical resources, and strong community partnerships, we empower people to overcome barriers and become thriving members of our community.

Our Mission

MCFOAR assists individuals returning from incarceration by providing resources, support, and opportunities that foster self-sufficiency, reduce recidivism, and strengthen our community.

Our Community Impact

MCFOAR has served 140 parolees in the last 3.5 years, and only one person returned to prison. This is an achievement that stands in stark contrast to statewide trends, and it is a testament to the effectiveness of community-based reentry programs that are rooted in empathy, support, and evidence-based practices.

What We Do
